SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is 2-3 business days by USPS Priority. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

PROCESSING POLICY

Processing time for custom wig units are 10 to 15 business days.

Processing time for hair extensions is 3-4 business days.

Business days are Monday- Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed.

Any orders placed under 10 business days will be charged a late fee of $50 additional.

RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED. UNLESS MISTAKE MADE ON OUR PART. EACH ITEM IS CUSTOM

Please be sure to enter your custom measurements into the description box before purchasing. If you are unsure of your measurements, please email sobritnie@sbhair.co. Your custom wig will not be worked on until we confirm that we have received your custom measurements. Please give all custom units up to 10 days to complete.

We ask that you keep your shipping and billing address the same. Please make sure that you are entering the correct billing address that is associated with your bank card.

If you do not enter the correct billing address, we will not process your payment.
